Welcome to DRIVOOX. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an inspection. By accessing our platform or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Inspection Services & Scope
DRIVOOX provides mobile, visual, and electronic diagnostic vehicle inspections. Our reports reflect the condition of the vehicle at the exact time and location of the inspection. The inspection is non-invasive and does not involve dismantling or removing any parts of the vehicle.
2. Client Obligations
The client must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible, and legal location for the inspector to work. The client must also obtain all necessary permissions from the vehicle owner or dealership prior to the scheduled inspection time.
3. Payment, Customizations & Add-ons
All payments for selected plans and customization add-ons (such as Vehicle Service History and Pre-Delivery Inspection) must be cleared as per the booking terms. Add-on pricing is transparently calculated during the booking process and is final.
4. Limitations of Liability
While our certified inspectors use advanced OEM-level tools, a vehicle inspection is a visual and electronic scan at a single point in time. DRIVOOX does not offer any warranty, guarantee, or insurance against future mechanical failures, hidden defects, or components that could not be tested due to accessibility.
5. Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a nominal convenience fee.
6. Intellectual Property & Reports
The digital inspection report, photographs, and diagnostic data generated by DRIVOOX are the intellectual property of DRIVOOX and are provided solely for the client's private use. Redistribution, replication, or commercial use of reports is strictly prohibited without written consent.
